All in all, I like that World Nomads offers simple and flexible travel insurance designed to help cover health costs. After my cruise was canceled three times and I made the choice to cancel any future booking, I was able to contact WN via email and always received timely responses as well as being able to get a full refund on my policy. I mean the flight operators refunded, the travel agencies refunded, local tour operators in Peru refunded, but BIG World Nomads, nope. Excellent customer service. An amazing World Nomads experience & 1 horrible one, Had a medical emergency and ended up in Hospital. I unfortunately had to cancel a dream vacation as I was required to work during the pandemic. I do not have a fear of flying, the country of Italy shut down and our trip was cancelled before it even started.I requested World Normads to refund the initial premium that I paid for the policy since the trip was canceled and I would not need their insurance.
